Ken Powell, Ex-chair

I joined Canterbury Christ Church University in 2003 to set up and run the secondary ICT teacher training course and teach on the professional studies programme. Since 2010 I have been programme director for the 11-18 PGCE. I also oversee the faculty's ICT use.

I was vice-chair of ITTE from 2007-2009 and chair from 2009-2011.

I have been involved in research into e-safety at KS3, the use of mobile technology by mentors and the development of PGCEs in the light of curriculum change.
